Job Role: AR Caller

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze CMS-1500 claim forms for accurate billing.

Verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage through payer portals.

Handle AR follow-up and denial management across multiple specialties.

Apply CPT codes and modifiers accurately.

Process claims using clearinghouse platforms like Waystar.

Coordinate with insurance payers and medical staff to resolve claim-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Physician RCM and AR Calling.

Good understanding of CMS-1500 claim forms and physician billing)

Experience in specialties such as Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery.

Graduate in any discipline.

Comfortable working in the Night Shift.

Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period are preferred.
