Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Handle denial management by identifying root causes of denials and implementing strategies to reduce rejections.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and customer service to resolve complex patient billing issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle management process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy rates.
