Senior Application Support Engineer L2

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for network-related issues on Linux servers and applications.
• Troubleshoot complex network problems using various tools such as packet capture, fix protocols, and Python scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-severity incidents affecting production systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in L2 level support.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in working with Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
