As part of the HR Applications team, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, integration, and support of a suite of employee-focused applications that drive engagement, recognition, performance conversations, and talent management across the organization.

In this role, you will build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, identity platforms, and other HR technologies.

• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to improve employee and administrator experiences.
• Participate in application releases, support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR applications ecosystem.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Leverage best in class technologies to drive the conversion of requirements into feature design, its implementation, testing, deployment and support.
• Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.
• Technologies you will work on are Pega Infinity and Java.
• 80% Pega Application Development.
• 20% Pega Application Design.
• You demonstrate a strong Growth Mindsetembracing curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast-changing technology environment. You are comfortable speaking about AI with confidence and conviction, and you view AI as an enabler to improve outcomes rather than a substitute for sound engineering principles.

Who You Are:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design.
• Be able to implement code that meets engineering excellence standard with minimal oversight
• Good at development of highly scalable and performant features using Pega Platform
• Ability to take an ownership of EPICS and sprints and Working experience in an agile/scrum team environment
• Passionate about learning new technologies and innovation
• Demonstrated ability to logically identify and analyze/solve problems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including poise in pressure situations.

What You've Accomplished:

• Overall experience of 5 to 6 years of experience developing the applications using Pega platform.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or a related field.
• Bachelors engineering in Computer Science or similar field.
• Have a very good knowledge on Pega platform with minimum CSSA certified.
• Basic programming/coding experience in any programming language is required
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and coding fundamentals is expected. Experience with JavaScript and React will be an added advantage.
