Job Description
JOB SUMMARY (Primary purpose of the position)
This is a Senior level Application Engineer positionresponsible for development, implementation, support and optimization of theBoston Workstation Scripting used to script data into MEDITECH Magic EHR across~170 HCA hospitals. The BostonWorkstation Scripting tool is a form of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)specialized for healthcare. The platform enables users to create scripts thatmimic human clicks and keystrokes, often called "bots" or"digital workers," to automate EHR. This role will have a dotted linereporting structure to the ITG Manager of MEDITECH Shared Servicescollaborating with multiple team members.
The main functions of this role are:
1. Using the Boston Workstation Scripting tool tocreate and modify scripts
2. Review, escalate and resolve issues reported byinternal team and hospital team
3. Strong understanding of how data is stored inMEDITECH Magic and how to navigate screens
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
(The essential responsibilities and accountabilities of thisposition including interactions with other departments and outside vendors, ifapplicable, in PRIORITY order.)
1. Provide hands-on technical leadership for theanalysis, implementation, and support of Boston WorkStation scripts
2. Lead the analysis, implementation, and supportof solutions to meet Promoting Interoperability regulatory requirements
3. Work independently and collaboratively withproject teams to define requirements, design functional solutions, identify andresolve issues, ensuring IT solutions meet business objectives.
4. Author and analyze change requests ensuringspecifications are clearly documented and submitted
5. Build and maintain positive relationships withbusiness operations, IT&S leadership, and vendors
6. Provides training to junior level members on theteam regarding interface functionality
7. Provide routine support and maintenance forreports and extracts
a. Identify and resolve problems and issues
8. Seasoned verbal and written communication skills
9. Follows change management process
10. Documentsolutions and best practice guidelines, maintains documentation as product evolves
11. Addressand provide operational support as needed and On-call responsibilities

1. Experience writing scripts usingBostonWorkstation Scripting tool or other scripting tools, UI Path, etc.
2. Knowledge of MEDITECH Magic clinical system
3. Understanding MEDITECH Magic screen design toaid in creating scripts
a. Experience with ServiceNow
