Senior Application Engineer (Structural) - Chennai, India RAM CADDSYS has been putting engineering software into the hands of structural engineers and fabricators since 1998 — today we serve 500+ clients across 26+ countries from Chennai, Singapore, and Dubai. We're hiring a senior engineer to own the India business for two of our core products:

mkaPEB (pre-engineered building design) and

STRAP (finite element structural analysis). This is a client-facing role that combines technical depth with commercial ownership. You'll be the person our Indian clients — PEB manufacturers, structural consultancies, and contractors — rely on from first demo to renewal.

What you'll do

• Run product demonstrations and technical evaluations of mkaPEB and STRAP for prospective clients
• Own the sales cycle for Indian accounts: enquiry, evaluation, quotation, closure, renewal
• Support existing users on real projects — modeling questions, code compliance, design workflows, licensing
• Conduct client training sessions, on-site and online
• Feed client requirements back to the product team and keep the CRM current

What we're looking for

• B.E./M.E. in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 4+ years in structural design, PEB design, or technical sales of engineering software
• Working knowledge of structural analysis tools (STRAP, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar) and Indian design codes (IS 800, IS 875)
• Comfortable presenting to design managers and business owners alike
