Senior Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct payment investigations to identify and resolve issues related to SWIFT transactions.
• Analyze transaction data using tools like BACS, CHAPS, FedWire, NOSTRO, and Swift Messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
• Develop process improvements by identifying areas for optimization in payment processing workflows.

Job Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in Payment investigations in banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of payments processing systems such as SWIFT messaging.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using various software applications (e.g., BACS).
• Experience working with high-volume transactional environments.
