Senior Analyst

Listed Derivative Operations is the first line of defense, and the go-to team for our Trading Products and Capital Markets business partners. Our broad mandate includes: Trade Capture and Allocation, Trade and Position reconciliation, Trade Desk Support; Data Governance, Reporting & Analytics; and everything in-between.

• Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
• May function as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff.
• Follows documented policies and procedures to execute day to day transactions, activities, processes and ensure all Service Level Agreements(SLAs) are met. Checks and reconciles information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant futures industry experience
• Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology such as GMI and CCP related applications.
• Prioritization skills – Good.
• PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – In-depth.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
• Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth
