Senior Analyst

Responsible for optimizing website search performance through keyword research, search relevance enhancements, platform configuration, audits, and analytics-driven recommendations across tools such as WordPress, Bloomreach, and Solr. The role involves analyzing site search data, generating performance reports and operational metrics, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading a team to drive continuous improvements in the digital search experience.

• 3-5 years in Site Search/SEO (Wordpress, Bloomreach, Coveo, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Should be proficient in Reporting and Analysis
• Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own
• Must have team management experience

• Produce site search deliverables such as:
• Keyword research optimization
• Implementing various rules in search platform to improve search relevance
• Dictionary update, sites search audits
• Working on reports by using tools like adobe analytics, Google Analytics etc.
• Will be working on site search platforms viz. wordpress, Bloomreach, Solr etc.
• Creating weekly reports, presentations and operation metrics on resource utilization, productivity etc.
