Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
Essential Capabilities Experience in managing operational activities related to Financial Viability execution
Ability to interpret financial reports & declare Probability of default required and endorse the outcome
Identify Adverse Financial Viability outcomes underlying reasons for risk mitigation
Understanding of financial data and how it contributes to financial viability
Internal and external stakeholder management
Strong organisation and time management skills including ability to juggle multiple priorities at once & Strong attention to detail
Proficient in any of procurement or supplier management systems including MS Office suite
Ability to collate data for report generation
Ensures all activities are conducted in line with NAB policies, Compliance & Governance, procedures, and regulatory obligations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience 6+ years of overall experience
4+ years of Previous work in a financial institution/industry or working with financial data.
Previous experience in credit management desirable or an understanding of the credit assessment process.
Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups
Experience in reading and interpreting financial data used to assess financial viability
Other Capabilities (desirable but not essential) Familiarity with Dunn and Bradstreet reports (or equivalent).
Qualification Requirements CA/ CFA or Relevant tertiary qualification in relevant business/finance discipline
Key Accountabilities Execute operational and administrative activities to support the timely completion of FVA requests
Support supplier pipeline delivery by coordinating activities and ensuring assigned actions are completed effectively
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Process FVA requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards
Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve blockers or issues that may impact the successful completion of FVA requests
