    About this role

    Who You'll Work With

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.

When you join us, you will have:

    • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
    • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
    • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
    • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.

    Your Impact

You will be part of a dynamic finance team where you will execute the end-to-end loan lifecycle for partners and collaborate with banking partners to analyze and resolve complex scenarios, while working closely with key stakeholders across Tax, Legal, local offices, and Finance Operations to implement and communicate procedural changes effectively.

You will manage financial operations and reporting by performing monthly monitoring, maintaining accurate reporting tools, executing month-end close activities—including preparing journal entries, detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reviews—and ensuring the timely issuance of tax documentation to partners for personal compliance.

Additionally, you will compile and deliver critical capital-related information and adjustments for financial statement preparation, investigate open items, conduct rigorous analytical reviews of accounting submissions to proactively resolve anomalies, and manage ITIN support requests for new and renewing partners.

Finally, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement by demonstrating agility and contributing to high-priority finance leadership projects, which includes exploring and integrating AI capabilities and other advanced technological opportunities into daily operations.

    Your Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, or a related field (MBA, CA/CS Inter, or Master's degree are preferred)
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience across corporate finance, banking, or treasury
    • Strong background in financial reporting and analytics, ideally with exposure to the economics of a global professional services firm
    • Proven experience supporting management and leadership by delivering actionable insights, rigorous analysis, and clear financial results
    • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word). Familiarity with advanced reporting and workflow tools (Alteryx, KNIME, Tableau) is a plus
    • Experience in dynamic financial model building, efficient data management, and programming (e.g., VBA)
    • Knowledge of and interest in Artificial Intelligence applications within finance will be highly advantageous
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems independently, recognize big-picture trends, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
    • A proactive, diligent professional who strictly maintains data confidentiality and champions a customer-service-oriented culture
    • Thrives under pressure, embraces change with an open mindset, and exhibits a strong commitment to continuous process improvement and personal growth
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex financial messages for diverse levels of leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
