How You'll Help Us Connect The World We are seeking a highly skilled and security-conscious Windows Server Administrator with expertise in Domain Administration, DNS, System Security, and Identity Governance. You will be responsible for the stability, security, and efficiency of our on-prem and hybrid infrastructure, focusing on the integrity of our domain environment, secure identity access, and DNS services. This role can be based in Goa or Hyderabad, India
You Will Make An Impact By
- Administering and maintaining Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) with a focus on Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Managing and optimizing domain structures, including sites and services, trusts, FSMO roles, replication, and domain controller performance.
- Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting DNS infrastructure, including AD-integrated zones, conditional forwarders, zone transfers, and name resolution.
- Applying best practices for Windows Server security hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance with internal and external policies.
- Implementing and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security baselines, configuration settings, and access controls.
- Overseeing identity governance processes and tools to manage user lifecycle, access rights, and directory synchronization with Azure AD and other identity providers.
- Supporting and securing hybrid identity environments using Azure AD Connect, password hash sync, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Collaborating with InfoSec teams on implementing role-based access controls (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), and audit logging.
- Automating administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Participating in incident response, patch management, system recovery, and root cause analysis.
- Maintaining clear and current documentation for infrastructure components, configurations, and procedures.
Required Qualifications For Consideration
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Windows Server administration with a focus on Active Directory and DNS.
- Strong experience managing domain infrastructure, including replication, OU structuring, and trust relationships.
- In-depth understanding of DNS, including internal/external resolution, DHCP integration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of identity and access management, including Azure AD, Entra ID, and SSO principles.
- Demonstrated experience with security hardening, GPOs, access control, and audit policies.
- Proficient in PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks.

- Are familiar with Azure AD P1/P2 features including Conditional Access and Identity Governance.
- Have experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) and PKI.
- Understand DNSSEC, DHCP, and IPAM in enterprise settings.
- Can analyze logs and metrics for performance tuning and security incident response.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and present complex technical solutions.
- Have certifications in: + Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate + Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate + CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert + ITIL Foundation Why ANDREW?
