Role Summary:
Responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) applications. Works within ERP scrum teams to ensure effective business service delivery and solution optimization in a global operations environment.
What Youll Do:
- Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with Business Partners to gather requirements
- Analyze SAP EAM and IAM capabilities to support asset maintenance business processes
- Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions as per business needs
- Develop basic technical expertise in ABAP analysis/low code development, SAP Security, CI, or automation
- Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom/complex solutions
- Analyze, devise, and execute system tests
- Oversee deployment of solutions to production environments
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed
- May mentor junior team members
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, S/4HANA
- Experience in Asset Management using SAP EAM
- Proficiency in SAP EAM Configuration
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and integrations with SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO)
- Knowledge of ITIL management practices and Agile methodology
- Familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager
- Experience in application operations support and/or project implementation for SAP S/4HANA EAM, MDG, or extensions (e.g., Utopia)
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with Oil and Gas/Manufacturing industry clients in SAP EAS domain
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations / maintenance / support in Dev/QA/Production
- Experience with upgrades, add-on installations, HANA scale-out, and multi-tenant databases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in IT/Computer Science Engineering or related field
