Senior Analyst Real Estate Loans

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness of commercial real estate borrowers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective loan servicing.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, identifying risks and opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or related field (NBFC).
• Strong knowledge of term loans, credit underwriting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent customer relationship executive skills with ability to build strong rapport with clients.
