Senior Analyst - Program Assistant

Job Summary

The Program Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of end-to-end activities involved in the account handling for a Captives business client. This position involves processing policy renewals/NB and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support business activity, such as managing day-to-day endorsements requests
• Compiling information from clients to submit high-quality and accurate renewal submissions to the service providers
• Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within the various systems
• Optimally balance multiple competing priorities
• Under direction of more senior staff, provides administrative support to an assigned group of clients
• Resolve customer service inquiries that require research and interactions with carriers or agents
• Generally, requires assistance when resolving more complex problems
• Respond to client questions and maintain accurate data in systems
• Compile renewal submissions according to company procedures
• Prepare and deliver renewal proposals according to timeline
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
