Senior Analyst - Order Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst - Order Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and contract management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations. In addition, you will get an opportunity to work on various transformation projects focused on process simplification, enhancement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other Internal teams to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.
• Maintain meticulous attention to contract details, ensuring alignment with billing policies.
• Analyze order management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in revenue recognition processes and support audit requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, SAP, and other tools for reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Order to Cash experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels, functions, and geographies.
• Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of EX platforms would be plus.
• Customer service-oriented mindset, working collaboratively to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
