We are seeking a highcaliber senior analyst to join our Human Resource Development (HRD) team in Chennai.

This is not just an execution-focused role; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can independently manage critical vendor relationships, lead HR initiatives, and present data-backed insights directly to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between operational excellence and strategic talent development, driving continuous improvement across Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and onboarding ecosystems.

Technical & Operational Competencies

• L&D Coordination & Execution: End-to-end logistics management, calendar invites, venue/digital setup, and gathering post-training feedback frameworks.
• L&D Architecture: Deep understanding of the training lifecycle (ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
• Vendor Ecosystem Mastery: Experience negotiating contracts, managing SLAs, and auditing vendor compliance.
• HRMS / LMS Familiarity: Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems
• Employee Engagement: Ideating, conceptualizing, and coordinating motivational workplace events, team-building activities, and cultural calendars.
• Data Analytics & Dashboarding: Using tools like advanced Excel or Power BI to track training parameters, calculate training hours, and visualize metrics via

executive L&D dashboards.

• Onboarding & Induction Operations: Handling documentation formalities, corporate policy inductions, and cross-functional coordination for new hires on Day 1.

Competencies

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to consult with Department Heads to identify skill gaps and align engagement calendars.
• Strategic Conceptualization: Turning abstract culture ideas into scalable, structured engagement initiatives.
• Dynamic Communication: Strong presentation skills required to deliver seamless corporate inductions and pitch strategies to leadership.
• Project Management: Capability to balance multiple timelines (onboarding, training schedules, vendor renewals) simultaneously.
