Position Summary Senior Analyst - Insights Solutions Specialist- Global Strategic Insights Center Are you passionate about uncovering data driven business insights and market intelligence? As a Quantitative Insights Analyst, you will be part of a team that develops, writes, and presents comprehensive market intelligence, empowering Deloitte’s global leaders with strategic insights and actionable strategies.

Work you'll do As a Consultant, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the CoRe Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for:

• Translating business questions into analytical approaches, hypotheses, and measurable success metrics.
• Designing, building, testing, and maintaining secure, tech-enabled insights solutions that improve research processes, knowledge retrieval, and insights synthesis.
• Developing and implementing generative AI workflows, including large language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, agent orchestration, and evaluation controls.
• Building and maintaining Python-based components, data pipelines, dashboards, and workflow assets that support high-quality, scalable insights delivery.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and research practitioners to align requirements, document assumptions, and deliver clear, decision-oriented outputs.

The team CoRe Global Strategic Insights Center provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications Required:

• MBA from a recognized business school or a master’s degree in data science, business analytics, or artificial intelligence.
• 4-6 years of experience building Power BI, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience using Python for data processing, automation, application programming interfaces, or workflow development.
• Experience designing or delivering generative artificial intelligence applications using large language models.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge retrieval, prompt orchestration, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience with research or insights workflows, including secondary research, qualitative analysis, or storyboarding. Preferred:
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Experience creating executive and operational dashboards.
• Experience establishing evaluation, monitoring, or quality controls for generative artificial intelligence solutions.
• Experience using version control or reproducible development workflows.
• Experience creating technical documentation, usage standards, or enablement materials.
