Job Title : Senior Analyst - HR Operations Payroll (India)

Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations for India employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and validate monthly payroll processing.
• Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve employee payroll, taxation, and settlement-related queries.
• Maintain payroll documentation, controls, and SOPs.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• End-to-End India Payroll Processing
• Payroll Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16, F&F)
• Payroll Reconciliation & Audit Management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
