Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – ERP Application Support (Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional) to provide advanced production support and techno-functional expertise for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, SQL, finance data models, reporting, integrations, and Subledger Accounting (SLA). The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and IT teams to resolve complex production issues, support month-end close activities, and drive system enhancement.

Responsibilities Production Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting using SQL, application logs, and interface tables.
• Conduct root cause analysis across the Subledger, SLA, and General Ledger accounting flow.
• Resolve accounting, data, and integration issues while ensuring system stability. Techno-Functional Analysis
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Assess impacts across subledgers, SLA rules, GL postings, and integrations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Finance processes, data models, and accounting flows. Technical Development & Reporting
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for reconciliation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Work with Oracle Finance data models, including AP, AR, GL, and XLA tables.
• Support FBDI data loads and troubleshoot interface table issues.
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirements. Integration Support
• Troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, REST APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.
• Resolve failed integrations and data mapping issues.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream application teams to ensure data consistency. Month-End Close Support
• Support Record-to-Report (R2R) and month-end close activities.
• Ensure accounting accuracy and data integrity.
• Partner with Finance teams to resolve reconciliation issues, accounting adjustments, and SLA corrections. Enhancements & Automation
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Deliver system enhancements and reporting improvements.
• Participate in release management, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Documentation & Governance
• Prepare technical design documents, SOPs, and data flow diagrams.
• Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain documentation aligned with governance standards. Required Skills Mandatory
• 5–9 years of overall experience with at least 3–4 years in Oracle Fusion Finance techno-functional roles.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, aggregations, reconciliation queries, performance analysis).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Finance data models and core finance tables.
• Expertise in Subledger Accounting (SLA), accounting events, and accounting derivation rules.
• Experience providing L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis.
