Senior Analyst Collateral Operations

We are hiring for a Senior Analyst Collateral Operations role with a leading global banking captive based in Delhi NCR.

Shift: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily collateral operations, including margin calls, margining, and collateral movements.
• Handle counterparty interactions, margin call disputes, exposure reconciliations, and exception resolution.
• Perform portfolio reconciliations, regulatory margining, and Central Clearing Counterparty (CCP) activities.
• Ensure accurate reporting, timely resolution of discrepancies, and adherence to operational controls.
• Support daily operations as a subject matter expert in Collateral Management.

Key Requirements:

• 6–11 years of experience in Financial Markets Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Collateral Management, Margin Calls, and Counterparty Management.
• Strong understanding of margining processes, collateral disputes, and portfolio reconciliation.
• Knowledge of regulatory margining and CCP processes.
• Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
