Education and Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute
• 3 7 years of relevant experience in:
• Infrastructure / EPC / Construction projects
• Project management consulting (PMC)
• Quantity surveying
• Project controls
• Working knowledge of SAP systems preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Execute audit and risk advisory assignments for infrastructure and construction clients
• Review project lifecycle controls across planning, procurement, execution, billing, and close-out stages
• Assess project governance frameworks, SOP compliance, and operational effectiveness
• Evaluate:
• BOQs and quantity certifications
• Contractor billing and reconciliation
• Change orders and variation management
• Material consumption and wastage controls
• Procurement and subcontracting processes
• Project scheduling and delay analysis
• Conduct site visits and physical verification of project progress and controls
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, cost overruns, and revenue leakage risks
• Interact with client stakeholders including project teams, procurement, finance, and leadership
