Senior Alteryx Administrator

Key Skills: Administration, Alteryx, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Disaster recovery

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer Alteryx Server and Alteryx Gallery environments, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, schedules, and collections.
• Manage platform configuration, environment maintenance, capacity planning, and operational support for enterprise Alteryx deployments.
• Plan and execute Alteryx platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with appropriate validation and rollback procedures.
• Monitor platform health, workflow execution, server utilization, and service availability to identify and resolve issues.
• Support incident investigation, root-cause analysis, operational documentation, and coordination with infrastructure and analytics teams.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience administering Alteryx, including Alteryx Server and Alteryx Gallery.
• Experience managing enterprise platform configuration, access controls, scheduling, and environment governance.
• Ability to support platform reliability, capacity management, and performance monitoring activities.
• Experience planning and executing Alteryx upgrades, operational changes, troubleshooting, and service validation.

Good to Have:

• Experience with disaster recovery planning and recovery procedures for Alteryx environments.
• Exposure to Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools and platform observability practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
