Senior Air Ticketing Executive l Amadeus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations, fare quotations and ticket issuance through Amadeus.
• Manage PNR creation, amendments, reissuance, cancellations and refunds.
• Interpret fare rules, ticket validity, baggage allowances and cancellation or date-change penalties.
• Prepare complex itineraries, including multi-city journeys and international connections.
• Compare fares and routing options to recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Handle corporate travel requests, last-minute bookings, schedule changes and flight disruptions.
• Monitor booking queues and ticketing deadlines, and follow up on pending confirmations.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve ticketing and booking issues.
• Verify ticketing details carefully to minimize errors and avoid Agency Debit Memos (ADMs).
• Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and reconciliation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience using Amadeus in a high-volume ticketing environment.
• Strong command of Amadeus reservations, pricing, ticket issuance and reissuance.
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international fares, routing and airline policies.
• Ability to handle ticketing independently and prioritise multiple urgent requests.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and customer service.
• Professional approach to handling corporate clients and confidential traveler information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate travel accounts.
• Knowledge of Amadeus NDC and direct airline booking portals.
• Familiarity with ancillary services, including seats, meals, baggage and EMD issuance.
• Experience supporting junior ticketing staff and resolving complex booking queries.

Selection Process
