Senior AI Software Engineer

- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating: Large-scale backend platforms, distributed systems, developer platforms, enterprise internal tools, automation platforms - Previous experience programming from scratch with Python as well as doing feature enhancements - 2+ years of practical Generative AI experience, including: Building and shipping AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, vector databases, hybrid search, and building and implementing chatbots - Experience implementing ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, understanding of how containers are built, and deployment automation - Familiarity with EKS and cloud-native application deployment - Experience designing secure enterprise integrations with strong focus on: Identity management, permissions, auditability, security, operational safety - Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineering teams - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
