Senior AI Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work as an individual contributor with product, growth, engineering and other teams to turn business goals and user needs into strong design solutions.
• Present and discuss design ideas, solutions and prototypes with cross-functional peers.
• Design extensible, high-quality interfaces that respect the limits of the underlying technology.
• Own design quality from concept through development and release.
• Design experiences for LLM-powered products: conversational AI interfaces, generative UI, agentic workflows and data-heavy dashboards.
• Work with founders and the marketing team to set the visual language of the product.
• Build and maintain the design system and guidelines for consistency.
• Design coherent experiences across desktop, web, mobile (Android and iOS) and tablet.
• Dig into user pain points through research and turn them into product improvements.
• Give and seek peer feedback to keep raising the quality bar.
• Stay on top of design and technology trends in interaction design.

Requirements:

• A degree in HCI, interaction design or a related field, or 5+ years working in digital product teams that make research- or data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of LLMs, generative UI and designing conversational, agentic or dashboard-style experiences.
• A strong portfolio showing high-quality work.
• Solid grounding in user-centred design and human psychology.
• Quick, effective prototyping skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, in simple terms without jargon.
• Care for product, brand, growth, copywriting, engineering and marketing, not just visuals.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good to have: motion and new-age tools such as Rive and Spline.
