Senior AI Platform Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing, building, and evolving Guardian's enterprise AI Platform. This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack, spanning: Experience Plane – AI developer experience, SDKs, AI Studio, agent builder frameworks, developer portals and reusable platform assets Control Plane – AI governance, policy enforcement, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, AI registry, observability, and FinOps Execution Plane – Agent runtimes, LLM inference, orchestration frameworks, MCP services, AI gateways, RAG infrastructure and production operations The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect capable of defining platform standards, building reusable capabilities, solving complex engineering challenges, and driving enterprise adoption of AI and Agentic technologies.

Required 7+ years of AI Platform Engineering experience. 3+ years designing cloud-native distributed platforms. 3+ years architecting AI/ML or GenAI platforms. Proven experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities. Preferred Experience building Control Plane architectures. Experience with enterprise-scale AI governance. Experience supporting production GenAI workloads. Experience building AI platforms within regulated industries.
