Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 10+ years of software programming experience and strong hands-on experience across Agentic AI, Java, Spring, Microservices, UI technologies, Cloud, DevOps, and enterprise applications.The candidate will be part of a POD leveraging AI agents across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and should have practical experience using enterprise-approved AI tools to improve development quality and productivity.

Key Skills & Requirements

• AI / Agentic AI: Experience building Agentic AI agents and using AI tools for software development, coding, documentation, analysis, and productivity.
• UI: Strong experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI Widgets, and Next.js.
• Backend: Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Database & APIs: Strong SQL skills, MySQL, and GraphQL.
• Monitoring & Debugging: Experience with Splunk Queries, Azure KQL, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure, OpenShift, and AKS.
• DevOps: Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and Docker.
• Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• AI Productivity: Experience using enterprise-approved GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms. Candidates should be comfortable incorporating AI into their day-to-day development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience, particularly in Utilization Management, Prior Authorization, Care Management, or Optum Clinical Manager.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
