Senior AI/ML Engineer Experience: 5+ years | Location: [Chennai/bengaluru ] | Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning systems that power our products. You'll work across the ML lifecycle — from research and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring — collaborating closely with data engineers, product managers, and software teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for production use cases Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for model serving, monitoring, and retraining (MLOps) Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML solutions Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost in production environments Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and performance analysis to continuously improve model accuracy Stay current with the latest research in ML/AI (LLMs, deep learning, NLP, CV, etc.) and evaluate applicability to business needs Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation Ensure model reliability, fairness, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or a related field
