Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency
- Build and integrate AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks
- Architect scalable AI platforms and cloud-native solutions utilizing Azure Public Cloud services and MLOps best practices
- Develop robust APIs, automation frameworks, and reusable AI services that accelerate adoption across multiple teams
- Establish AI engineering standards for model evaluation, prompt engineering, governance, observability, and responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases
- Mentor engineers and champion AI innovation, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements in production environments

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Solid experience developing and deploying AI/ML, Generative AI, and Large Language Model solutions
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Gemini, or comparable AI platforms
- Experience with Azure Public Cloud, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PydanticAI, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and AI Agent development
- Knowledge of API development, microservices, data engineering, and scalable distributed systems.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for AI innovation and continuous learning
