IntelEdge Advisory is Looking for:**** A US-based boutique intelligence and advisory firm serving the private equity ecosystem. Founded six years ago by a former Deloitte (Emerging Markets Practice) leader, the company has spent over a decade building deep consulting methodologies and proprietary datasets for enterprise clients. The organization is now pivoting from traditional consulting into a

data intelligence company , building proprietary AI-powered products, including:

• Enterprise knowledge assistants
• Data engineering solutions
• Geopolitical risk monitoring platforms The long-term vision is to create scalable, recurring-revenue intelligence products powered by unique datasets and advanced AI capabilities. The Role This is a

build-from-scratch role with real ownership—not a maintenance position. You will work directly with the founder to turn

12 years of proprietary consulting methodologies into production-grade AI by:

• Designing and shipping LLM- and agent-based workflows
• Building RAG pipelines
• Developing prompt orchestration and agentic pipelines
• Automating research, synthesis, and report generation
• Building the company''s data backbone through schemas, ingestion pipelines, and benchmark datasets You will also contribute to a

geopolitical risk monitoring platform being developed as a separate initiative. This is initially a

team-of-one role with a clear path toward full-time employment and technical leadership as the company scales. What You''ll Own Turn 12 years of proprietary consulting assets into AI-powered data products, including chatbots, secure client-facing knowledge interfaces, and automated research tools. Design and develop LLM-based and agent-based workflows, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agentic pipelines for research, synthesis, and report generation. Build the company''s data backbone through schema design, data ingestion pipelines, and clean, queryable benchmark datasets. Integrate public data sources to enrich proprietary datasets and contribute to the geopolitical risk monitoring platform by developing data aggregation, analysis, and alerting capabilities. Translate ambiguous business requirements from a non-technical founder into scalable, production-grade systems, independently drive architecture and data governance decisions, and build secure, enterprise-grade knowledge interfaces with recurring revenue potential. • Strong generalist capable of moving between data engineering and applied AI independently
• Experience shipping real LLM/RAG applications to production (not just demos or POCs)
• Production-quality Python with clean, maintainable, scalable code
• Hands-on experience with:
• LangChain (or similar)
• Agentic frameworks
• RAG pipelines
• Prompt orchestration
• Strong data engineering skills:
• Schema design
• Data ingestion pipelines
• Data governance
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• API integration experience with third-party data sources and enterprise systems
• Experience building products from scratch, ideally in startups or as a founding engineer
• Comfortable collaborating with a non-technical founder and translating business ideas into scalable systems
• Strong architectural decision-making ability
• Direct and confident communicator who can challenge ideas constructively
• Excellent English communication skills
