Senior AI Engineer

RBC AI Studio is a startup building AI products for healthcare. You will fine-tune and deploy LLMs, build agentic workflows and ship full-stack features that run on sensitive data.

Location: Kochi (Infopark), Kerala. Hybrid. Shift 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST. Industry: IT Services / AI (Healthcare). Functional area: Engineering - Software / ML.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fine-tune open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.) using LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT, and build data and evaluation pipelines.

2. Deploy and monitor models in live products: inference, latency, cost and quality.

3. Design and build LLM agents and RAG systems.

4. Build backend services in Python and frontends in React/Next.js, using SQL databases.

5. Run workloads on AWS with healthcare-grade data security and privacy.

6. Work closely with product and own outcomes end to end.

Mandatory: LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), production model deployment, Python, React/Next.js, SQL, AWS, AI agents.

Good to have: healthcare or regulated-data experience, vLLM/TGI, MLOps, vector databases.
