Role : Senior AI ENgineer
Minimum 9+ Years
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, data quality, test automation, analytics
engineering, AI/ML engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and automated testing.
• Hands-on understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and
prompt-based applications.
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval, RAGAS, LangSmith, Arize
Phoenix, TruLens, or similar tools.
• Ability to independently verify whether an AI-generated answer is correct using underlying data
and evidence.
• Strong understanding of test design, regression testing, edge cases, failure analysis, and quality
metrics.
• Experience evaluating data-driven or AI-powered applications in production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and
identify subtle response errors.
Nice to Have
• Experience with agentic AI, tool-calling systems, or multi-step AI workflows.
• Familiarity with semantic technologies, or graph databases.
• Experience with data analytics, BI platforms, or enterprise data systems.
• Understanding of AI observability, model evaluation, prompt evaluation, or AI safety and
guardrails.
• Experience building evaluation datasets or human-in-the-loop review systems.
