Senior AI Engineer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on LLM / RAG experience (senior profiles with 5-8+ years also considered, with title and compensation calibrated accordingly).
• Must have used agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent in a production environment.
• Must have shipped at least one production-grade LLM application end-to-end.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage directly with US enterprise customers.
• Experience in text and structured data domains; voice and audio AI experience is not required.

Non-Negotiables:

• Genuine hands-on production experience with deployed AI systems.
• End-to-end ownership of AI features without reliance on a specialized platform team.
• Strong communication skills, assessed during our screening process.
