Role Description The Senior AI Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that address complex business problems across various domains. The Senior AI Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, build scalable models, and integrate AI components into existing and new software products. Daily responsibilities include implementing algorithms, optimizing neural network architectures, conducting experiments, evaluating model performance, and ensuring robustness and reliability in production environments. The role also includes mentoring junior developers, contributing to technical best practices, and staying current with emerging AI and ML trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including designing, training, and optimizing deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, language modeling, and conversational AI.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python; experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments, with knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, conduct rigorous experimentation, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead AI/ML role, including mentoring team members and contributing to architectural decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
