Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI & Data Science Engineer with strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models, analytics solutions, AI agents, RAG pipelines, Voice AI solutions, dashboards, and scalable AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and machine learning models for business and operational use cases.
• Build metrics frameworks, dashboards, and analytics solutions using large and multi-source datasets.
• Perform statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
• Design and implement LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Develop conversational and Voice AI solutions using STT, TTS, streaming audio, and real-time APIs.
• Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, WebSockets, enterprise systems, and databases.
• Develop scalable Python-based microservices using FastAPI/Django.
• Work with vector databases such as Redis, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Milvus.
• Integrate and work with OpenAI, GPT-4o/GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, and other LLM platforms.
• Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Build anomaly detection and predictive solutions for production and operational environments.
• Translate complex technical and statistical insights into clear business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Document data models, metrics, AI workflows, and technical solutions.
