Senior Agile Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track sprint health, monitor team velocity, resolve delivery impediments, and enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, and product managers.
• Author detailed Epics, Features, User Stories, Functional Requirements, Use Cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current and future-state workflows using Visio, Miro, or related process modeling tools.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in close alignment with Product Owners and engineering leads.
• Plan, execute, and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered software against business requirements.
• Generate sprint performance dashboards and delivery metrics using Jira and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Work Experience: 7 to 10 years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a hybrid Scrum Master and Business Analyst capacity (Assumed Requirement based on Senior level scope).
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Visio, Miro/Whiteboard, and Figma.
• Domain & Methodology: Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), SDLC, UAT coordination, requirements lifecycle, and business process re-engineering.
• Certifications (Preferred): CSM, PSM I/II, CSPO, or CBAP / CCBA (Assumed Requirement based on industry benchmark)
