Senior Agentic AI Engineer

We are hiring for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with strong experience in building and deploying production-grade Agentic AI systems.

Location: Bengaluru

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems into production.
• Strong Python programming and proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or equivalent.
• Experience with agent loops, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, state management, and checkpointing.
• Expertise in RAG, retrieval, memory, context engineering, prompt management, and structured outputs.
• Experience with automated testing, regression testing, model routing, caching, token optimization, and latency management.
• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, OAuth, and integration engineering.
• Experience with structured logging, distributed tracing, CI/CD, quality gates, and containerized deployment.
• Proven experience automating and redesigning manual business processes into scalable software solutions.
