Senior Agentic AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with 8-12 years of experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and agentic systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, use tools, and complete complex tasks autonomously.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LLMs.
• Work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and memory systems.
• Develop scalable AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.
• Improve agent performance, reliability, accuracy, and response quality.
• Design evaluation frameworks and monitor AI/agent performance in production.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Strong experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM orchestration.
• Experience with tool/function calling and API integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of AI system architecture, scalability, and production deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
