Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Seeking a senior hands-on Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production AI capabilities within its core platform. This is a delivery-focused engineering role responsible for creating real AI-powered product features, particularly voice-driven and agentic workflows, while establishing AI engineering best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate has proven experience building and operating AI systems in production and can take ownership from architecture through implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs, AI agents, and conversational AI technologies.
• Architect and implement AI infrastructure, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services and AI pipelines on AWS.
• Integrate Claude and other LLM technologies into enterprise applications.
• Establish AI quality metrics, testing frameworks, observability, and continuous improvement processes.
• Evaluate and optimize AI model accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into existing products.
• Mentor engineers through hands-on leadership and technical execution. • Champion agentic engineering practices and AI-assisted software development across the organization.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record designing and deploying production AI systems.
• Deep expertise with:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI architectures
• NLP and conversational AI
• Claude and prompt orchestration
• Voice AI and speech-based applications
• AWS cloud services and AI workloads
• Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
• Experience building AI infrastructure, not just consuming AI tools.
• Ability to own AI features end-to-end from architecture through production support.

• Not a developer who simply uses AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Not a project manager for AI initiatives.
