Senior Agency Recruitment and Development Manager - Life Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, focusing on sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Manage a team of agents to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve their skills and product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the agency model.

Job Requirements :

• 1-20 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in agency development or management.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans for growing an agency channel.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products (APC), CBM (Customized Business Management) systems, ADM (Agency Development Manager) software applications.
