Senior Advisor

Perform final checks on loan dockets to ensure all "Sanction Conditions" have been met
Ensure that the original property title deeds, search reports, and valuation reports are vetted by Lawyer.
Ensure all Post-Disbursement Documents (PDD) are tracked and collected within stipulated timelines
Supervise external agencies responsible for document pick-up or franking services.
Minimum 1 yr of experience in LAP disbursement Process
Good Understanding of KYC Process
