Senior Admissions Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and career requirements.
• Explain relevant courses/programs and guide students through the admission process.
• Manage leads through calls, follow-ups, and consultations.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
• Handle student queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the complete counselling-to-admission cycle.
• Update and maintain accurate lead/customer information in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of relevant EdTech Sales experience is mandatory for the Academic Counsellor.
• Strong sales, counselling, lead-conversion, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to achieve and consistently meet sales/admission targets.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Good relationship-building and student counselling abilities.
• Career stability with consistent tenure in previous organisations.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates with strong EdTech sales experience, excellent communication skills, proven conversion ability, and stable career history.
