- Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.

- Fluency in Hindi and English.

- Contact leads via phone to introduce the company s offerings and assess interest.

- Schedule and confirm site visits or in-person meetings with prospective customers.

- Follow up consistently to ensure the lead converts the scheduled visit into an actual walk-in.

- Engage with the customer during the visit, address objections, and guide them through the closing process.

- Close the lead by finalizing the sale/agreement and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, footfall, and conversion status in the CRM or tracking sheet.

- Call prospective leads to introduce the company s offerings, understand their requirements, and assess interest.

- Schedule and confirm in-person visits with prospective leads at the center/office.

- Follow up consistently to ensure scheduled leads convert into actual walk-ins.

- Counsel walk-in prospects in person, addressing queries and concerns, and recommending the most suitable options.

- Close the lead by finalizing enrollment/admission/sale and completing all required documentation and payment formalities.

- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, footfall, and conversions in the CRM or tracking sheet.

- Build rapport and trust with leads to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.

- Coordinate with the marketing/sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and follow-up outcomes.

- Meet assigned targets for calls made, footfall generated, and leads closed.
