Senior Admission Counselor

We're hiring Founding Counsellors (Admissions) for our Greater Noida office (work from office). You'll be one of the first five founding counsellors, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

About the role

* Own a pipeline of interested learners, from the first counselling conversation to enrolment.

* Understand learners' goals, recommend the right programme honestly, and handle fees, scholarships, EMI options and objections.

* Help build our counselling playbook: discovery questions, pitches, objection handling and follow-up processes.

* Keep every conversation and next step updated in the CRM.

* Work with the calling team, Growth Marketing and the Channel Partner Manager.

* Use AI for conversation preparation, notes and follow-ups.

What we're looking for

* 3-5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in education, ed-tech or high-consideration B2C.

* Experience managing a pipeline, with conversion results you can explain.

* Strong Hindi and English communication on calls and video.

* Hands-on use of AI and an interest in building processes as part of a founding team.
