Experience: 3 years Minimum
Preferred background: School admissions, international/CBSE schools, education sales, premium residential sales, hospitality or high-value customer relationship roles.

Must-have abilities:

• Excellent English + Telugu/Hindi communication
• Confident dealing with parents
• Strong telephone follow-up
• Ability to conduct an impressive school tour
• Objection handling especially fees, competition, location and academics
• Ability to close admissions rather than just generate enquiries
• CRM/Excel/WhatsApp follow-up discipline
• Comfortable with monthly admission targets
• Ability to generate referrals and local leads
• Professional appearance and mature personality
