About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to drive

enrollments for our premium upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong

consultative sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of

consistently achieving sales targets in EdTech or high-ticket B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners and understand their career aspirations.
• Recommend suitable upskilling programs based on learner needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual

meetings.

• Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to enrollment.
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Handle objections effectively and close high-value deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (LeadSquared/LSQ preferred).
• Deliver an exceptional learner experience throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with the onboarding and operations teams for seamless admissions.

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or higher education.
• Proven experience in high-ticket consultative sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Consistent target achievement in previous roles.
• Experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared is preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Btech/BCA preferred but not mandatory).
