Senior Admission Counselor

What Youll Do

• Make outbound & inbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
• Counsel students & parents and recommend the right career/course.
• Conduct college visits, seminars & presentations for students.
• Deliver engaging college presentations, workshops & career sessions.
• Own the complete admission journey: Lead Calling Counselling Conversion.
• Handle WhatsApp, walk-ins, follow-ups, objections & negotiations.
• Maintain lead data, follow-up status and daily activity reports.
• Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and college teams.

We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales / Counselling / EdTech.
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
• Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills.
• Strong calling, counselling and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, energetic & self-motivated.
• Comfortable with CRM, Excel & WhatsApp.
