Job Role:

• Call and qualify assigned leads
• Understand learner needs and build interest in upGrad programs
• Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors
• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM
• Meet daily calling and VC booking targets

Eligibility:

• 3+ years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year stability in current/last role
• Experience as an Individual Contributor
• Comfortable with a 6-day work week

Skills Required:

• Strong English communication
• Lead qualification & counselling skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge
