Key Responsibilities:

• Student counseling and admission guidance
• Lead management and regular follow-ups
• 100+ outbound calls daily
• Admission conversion and target achievement
• CRM and student relationship management

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in Admissions, EdTech, Counseling or Tele-sales preferred
• Target-oriented and confident
• Immediate joiners preferred
